Todestrieb is the second EP from one man black metal project Lunacy from Seattle, Washington. In four songs, Todestrieb immerses the listener in a foreboding world of dungeon synth tinged depressive metal; a conjured atmosphere of a tranquil courtyard, slick with rainwater, disrupted by bursts of thunderous sound. Z's razor-throated howls pair perfectly with the raw black metal passages, themselves fitting neatly within the framework of this genre bending EP.
